hi there! as my new blog showed (before it got all messed up...) that people have lots of smoothies during the summer, so I decided to post some recipes for smoothies that are healthy but delicious at the same time!




Green Tropics Smoothie

I love mango in a smoothie and adding pineapple makes for one of my favorite flavor combos. So it tastes good, but adding spinach makes it a green smoothie and that makes it healthier.

Ingredients:

2 cups of spinach
1 mango
1 banana
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup water
Serves 2, but you won’t be surprised if you finish it by yourself.

Classic Blueberry Smoothie

1 pint fresh blueberries or 2 cups (10 oz.) frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
1 cup pineapple, orange and strawberry juice blend or pineapple-orange juice
1 container (8 oz.) low fat vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons sugar

Directions:

In the container of an electric blender, combine blueberries, juice, yogurt and sugar. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Serve immediately in tall glasses. Garnish with blueberry skewers spiraled with thin strips of orange peel, if desired. Yields 2 portions.

Hi, mabye you could choose a theme for your party and then spent your budget mostly on decorations. Once you choose a theme comment back, and I'll help you with some games, food, and I could even give you some decor ideas so that you wont have to spent as much money!

-you could rent a tent (here is a good site-http://www.asaprental.com/asap/sizewizard.html) and then you could have a dance party under it
-also you could have a BBQ themed and have the "dance floor" on your deck
don't forget the disco ball!

Hey, ya no problem about the ideas. Just tell me what "other" ideas you are looking for, like mabye you have a small idea and you want me to help you with it.
Oh heres a good ideas that I just thought of:
-go camping with your friends, like a sleepover, and try to get your parent in a different tent, or in the trailor, they will probably not enjoy trying to sleep, while some 15 year old girls try to pull an all-nighter!Haha!! Oh and it's so much more fun if you girls sleep in a tent!!
